If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

Returns/replacements must be received within 30 days of ship date

When is a return of an item not possible?

Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of App/Website/M-site.

How can I receive a refund for my order?

Refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email or the original credit card used for the purchase.

I need to return/exchange an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can create exchange/return for products purchased from Fashion03Fashion within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same) under “My Orders” section of App/Website/M-site. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.
